THE PRACTICE

Our Practice

Integrated Medical Services, LLC has combined all your medical and mental needs in a ONE-STOP-SHOP. In this fast-pace industry, owner Charlotte Ballard believes the effective way to tackle the medical and mental needs of every individual, one must think outside the box ... or as she says "outside the hospital".

Practitioner Ballard with her expertise in both fields, medical and mental, strives to service her patients with a little discipline and laughter. She instills this discipline while ensuring patients understand their role in their health. Discussing coping skills for mental illness, it is important that patients also understand these ailments can be the result of medical issues as well. Her most important task is to keep the patient out of the hospital as much as possible. This avoids unnecessary charges and ultimately saves taxpayers money, allowing more funding for all those in need.

Charlotte Ballard ENP-BC has extensive years in the medical and mental health industry. With over 25 years in the field, Practitioner Ballard has worked with all areas of the medical field. From office visits, hospital outpatient to private homes and state facilities.

The practice has over 45 years combined of experience in the field. Dr Amanda B Chavez works as the supervising physician for Integrated Medical Services LLC.

Mental Health and Medical Alongside

Feb 24, 2019

The benefits of having ONE physician or practitioner attend to BOTH your mental and medical needs is crucial. Many insurances are turning to practices that can handle both services for the patient. This allows the physician/practitioner to focus and adjusts accordingly when servicing the patient.

From medication reconciliation, to instant therapy sessions during a visit allows the patient for immediate care. This is key when avoiding hospitalizations which can incur in the thousands of dollars and still end up sending the patient back to his Primary Care for additional referrals and exams.
